As a Senior Analyst at Forrester, Tina serves B2C Marketing Professionals, focused on prescriptive and predictive marketing analytics (including marketing mix modeling, cross-channel attribution, and test and learn approaches), measurement strategies, best-in-class marketing and customer metrics, customer journey analytics, tools and technologies that support marketing insights, and insights to action strategies.

Michael Seagraves
Sr. Dir., Digital Transformation, Dignity Health

Michael is Sr. Director Digital Transformation in the Office of Digital at Dignity Health, a $10 Billion US Health System with over 60,000 employees in California, Arizona, and Nevada. In this role, Michael is charged with delivering a best-in-class digital experience and portfolio of services that transform the way Dignity Health attracts, engages with, and provides care for consumers and patients.
